Tuna Fish Cake

Ingredients

  • Tuna 1/2 Kilograms
  • Potato Boiled and mashed 2 Nos
  • green chillies finely chopped 2 Nos
  • ginger grated 2 Teaspoons
  • boiled egg mashed 1 Nos
  • bread crumps 1 Cups
  • salt 1/2 Teaspoons
  • oil 3 Tablespoons

Directions

tuna fish cake is a healthy snack, kids special.

Marinate fresh tuna with salt. Take a pan, brush oil, place tuna, cover with a lid and cook well.

Once done, Pull the chunks alone, mash and keep aside.

In a large bowl, add mashed potatoes, tuna chunks , boiled egg mashed, green chilies, coriander powder and little bread crumps.

Make small balls and shape them into a patty.

Brush oil in a pan and toast them on either sides.

Have it hot with mustard sauce and onion slices.
